Automatic cutter for pork middles

The automatic pork middle cutter, processes a pork middle with the showndifficult cuts. These includes cutting of the chine bone with a much better yield than manually cutting.

Precutting the ribs, without cutting in the meat. Splitting the porkmiddle in loin and belly.

The rib precut and the splitting are done based on individually receipts based on each type of sorting quality. Removal of the feather bones are done also. All the products are delivered on seperate belts, for further processing and handling.

 

The machine is designed as a right and a left sided machine, in order to handle both pork sides. With a capacity up to 500 pork middle per machine, the machines improves yield, reduces labour costs and improves efficiency.

 

The development of the automatic middle cutter is ongoing, and will add additional cuts to the prok middles. This will reduce the number of operators at the deboning and trimming lines.


The additional cuts will include pre-cut under the ribs on both the loin and middle, precuts to the rib bones and removal of the complete sparerib from the loin.
All these cuts are done more precise and constant than can be done in a manually operation.
