Automatic weighing and labeling

Before the trays or cartons leave the packing area, each tray and carton is weighed and labeled.

This is today a manually task, which limits the output of the production lines. With this new system, the weighing labeling is now automatic, and the capacity has been improved.

The line consists of a scale and automatic label applicator. It is supplied with a PLC control.

The customer shall on provide a weighing terminal and label printer.

The line can be combined with a strapex unit and health mark applicator, creating a complete system.

With a capacity up to 1200 products per hour, the system can improve production capacity in the packing area.
