Beef deboning
Deboning have for many years been done on individual tables. This is no longer the trend. Now “team works” or line deboning is used.
Flexibility, good ergonomic and traceability are key features in beef deboning lines. All of these demands are fulfilled in the beef deboning lines from Attec Danmark A/S.
All solutions are adapted to the requirement of the client, and includes features such as ergonomic design working places, HACCP approved design of deboning lines and tray transport.
Incorporation of working tools and other machinery and features for the process line is a natural part of the design phase.
