Empty tray storage
When the trays have been used and washed, they need to be stored and this has to be done automatically. The storage need to be built for the specific type of tray used.
The meat industry uses in general 2 types of tray. The box tray (e.g. E2), which have a fixed form and is stacked on top of each other.
The other trays are conical shaped (e.g. Induplast) and can be stacked inside each other.
The storage for E2 trays stacks trays up to a height of 6 meters with almost 100% usage of the storage area.
The storage for conical shaped trays is done in stacks of 30 trays, accumulated on conveyors. They trays are stacked and de-stacked in the same unit.
