After completion of the mechanical / chemical cleaning of the knife holders, the degree of degermination of the individual working tools directly coming into contact with the food is optimized by spraying on a disinfectant.
Modular hygiene concept
The spray disinfection module can be easily combined with all modular of our different hygiene stations and integrated into the flow of the personnel at the entrance to the production area.
Germ infection occuring during the storage of the individual working tools are the end of work is fast and effectively reduced before entering the production area.
Via a micro processor control system the disinfectant quantity can be individually adapted to the internal conditions of the plant.
