Lamb deboning

To fit the new type of lamb primal cutting, Attec Danmark A/S has designed new layouts for the deboning lines. The design incorporates both pace deboning and special process areas.
The deboning lines are designed with or without trays transport and are close connected with the packing area.

Design are worked out and adapted to the requirement of the client, and includes features as ergonomic design working places, HACCP approved design of deboning lines and trays transport.

Incorporation of working tools, derindering machines and other machinery and features for the process line is a naturally parts of the design phase.
