Automatic cutting of lamb middles


The machine is the first successful machine to perform the difficult cuts on the lamb middle (Barrel). It can perform five different cuts as shown on the pictures, enables meat producers to reduce the number of operators and improves the quality of the very difficult cut on the middle.

Servo controlled circular knives and fixed knives cut through the middle, producing final cuts like lamb racks.

The cuts include cutting of the flaps (ribs) cutting of the loin saddle, separate the lamb racks and cut out the chine bone.
