Loin trimmer

As a natural part of the processes in the primal cutting area, the trimming of the loin is the Attec Loin Trimmer. This machine individually measures each loin, classifies it, and the trimming is done individually. Both cross - and length wise.

The machine is the only machine in the world, which allows the customer to replace the cutting knife with different shapes of the cross section. This allows the customer to use the same machine in different products, ex. bone-in loins, boneless loins or backs.

The individual shaped cutting knife improves the yield and reduces additional trimmings afterwards. The loin, fat and rind can be supplied on a separate belt, and a derinding machine can be fitted in direct connection with the machine.
