Since 1987 Attec Danmark A/S has build up a superior competence in primal cutting of pork. It started with the development of the circular knife, which since has been used throughout the world for primal cutting of pork.
The first operational automatic primal cutting line was completed in 1992, and is today in operation at many meat producers throughout Europe. The latest version includes servomotor for all movements, which ensures more accurate measurement and cuts.
Since then Attec Danmark A/S has developed the only machine in the world, that can process the pork middle automatically. The processes includes cutting off the chine, pre-cut of ribs and splitting the middle in loin and belly. This is done by 100% individually cutting of each middle through servo controlled knives and control system.
This gives great improvements in yield, labour saving and consistency workflow. All together Attec Danmark A/S can offer the most automatic process line in the world.

The design of the deboning lines can be based on individual deboning table combined with tray transport, or directly on moving belts known as “pace deboning”. Both solutions are adapted to requirements of the client, and includes features as ergonomic design working places, HACCP approved design of deboning lines and trays transport. Incorporation of working tools, derinding machines and other machinery and features for the process line is a natural part of the design phase.
Machinery for pork production
Beside the automatic machines in the primal cutting area, Attec Danmark A/S can offer additional machines for use in the deboning area. These includes manual and semi automatic primal cutting, machines for loin trimming and removal of bone splitters.
