The machine is designed as a right and left side machine, in order to handle both pork sides. With a high capacity, the machine improves not only yield, but also reduce labor costs and improve efficiency.
The pork middles enter the machine and goes through a number of cuts; first splitting the middles into loin/back and belly, cutting the feather bone, cutting off the loin ribs and cutting off the chine bone. In addition to these cuts, removal of the string of pearls are also a possibility with the pork middle machine.
Each customer will be able to set up a recipe specific for the cuts needed to their production line.
