Leg classification unit

This Attec Danmark A/S leg classification unit is designed to sort pork legs, and can easily be integrated in a cutting system or a ham trimming line. 

The classification unit is designed to sort pork legs with or without hind feet, on the following criterias:

1. Weight of the product. THe dynamic sorting scale has an accuracy of ± 20 g
2. Form of the leg (view - top camera)
3. Leg rind quality - eg. marks from brushes or bloodstains (view - side camera) at different places (customized)
4. Rind and fat thickness in the cutting surface (view - side camera) at different places (customized)
5. Color of the muscle (view - side camera)
6. Quality measurement (Nitform) - Optional
