In order to achieve a successful result of a project, it requires that both the supplier and the customer understand the purpose for the project, the success criteria’s and agreements on the path to achieve these.

This is done through project management, using a clear project model which all parties can understand and relate to.

Attec Danmark A/S has illustrated this in the shown project model. The model illustrates the relationship between the customers aim and the final result. Each phase and subject needs to be addressed in order for the project to be successful.

This must be understood and followed by all involved parties of the project an the success goal of the project must  be achieved in the planned time and within the budgeted costs.
