The Q-Line system provides improvement in production quality and yield. The different Q-Line systems are used for cutting and trimming from high value products from pork and beef. All by products from the Q-Line trimming process are collected in trays, which ensures complete batch control by automatic weighing.
Q-Line systems work on basic information from slaughter classification, such as mass, age and fat content. The identification and traceability of each carcass and primal/batch is used throughout the system to verify production yield and collect data.
