Q-line Pork

Q-LINE PORK system provides improvement in production quality and yield. The Q-LINE systems are used for the trimming of high value products from pork. All by-products from the trimming process are collected in trays, which gives complete batch control by automatic weighing.

Q-LINE PORK system works on basic information from slaughter classification, such as mass, age and fat content. The identification and traceability of each batch is used throughout the system to verify production yield and collect data.

Q-LINE PORK software is supplied in 3 different versions, optimized for the required type of production and product specification. Each of the 3 types of trimming lines can be connected with different types of primal cutting, deboning and packing solutions.

 

 



Q-LINE PORK is based on process handling, where each cut is weighed and transported to a specified operator, on an inlet conveyor, where the operator performs a predetermined operation. The product is transported out of the line on an outlet tray conveyor. The main product is weighed before on belt and after the Q-LINE PORK in tray for yield control.
 

QC-LINE PORK is based on a combination of process handling and yield control per operator and cut. Each cut is weighed and transported to a specified operator on an inlet conveyor, where the operator performs a predetermined operation. The product is transported out of the line on an outlet tray conveyor. All the main products are weighed before entering the QC-LINE PORK and after leaving each operator station in trays for individual yield and operator control.


QCT-LINE PORK is based on a combination of process handling, yield control per operator and cut, as well as traceability on individual cuts. Each cut is automatically weighed and transported to a specified operator on an inlet conveyor, where the operator per- forms a predetermined operation. The product is transported out of the line on an outlet tray conveyor. All the main products are weighed before entering the QCT-LINE PORK and before leaving each operator station in trays for individual yield and operator control. The traceability information’s, such as weight and batch, can be used after the QCT-LINE PORK.
